Who is Nor-Cal Maintenance?
Nor-Cal Maintenance is a family-owned gutter and exterior company run by owner Dave Stankas. Dave started in 1984 washing windows in Healdsburg, added gutter cleaning and repairs, and got his contractor’s license in 1999. Today the crews work from two offices, in Santa Rosa and Windsor.

Who owns Nor-Cal Maintenance?
Dave Stankas. He started out washing windows door to door in Healdsburg in 1984, got his contractor’s license in 1999, and many customers meet him at their estimate. Google reviewers also thank crew members by name, including Talan, Marcilino and Jose.
Why are there two locations?
Because the company works from two offices. The main one is at 3480 Banyan St in Santa Rosa, (707) 940-7875, and the other is at 7734 Bell Rd in Windsor, (707) 321-8477. Each has its own Google profile and reviews. Either number reaches the same team, so call whichever is easier.
Is Nor-Cal Maintenance licensed and insured?
Yes. NorCal Maintenance Inc holds California contractor license #772419, issued in 1999, in the C-61/D24 metal products and D52 classes, with a contractor’s bond and workers’ compensation on file. Diamond Certified also confirmed its liability insurance. You can look the license up on the CSLB website.
Do you charge to come look?
No. Estimates and consultations are free. We come out, look at the gutters, roof or windows, answer your questions and then send a written proposal, so there’s nothing to decide while we’re standing in your driveway.
Do you take commercial jobs?
Yes. Besides houses, the crews work for business owners, wineries, schools, apartment complexes, HOAs and municipalities. One Google reviewer had them clean the gutters of a 101-unit complex and soft wash one of its buildings.
How does the yearly Peace of Mind Program work?
